If you have problems like, the boutiques or channels are not loaded. Zapping to a channel does not work. etc.
You can debug Dreambox ReStream, you can add the following query string to the web url:
?debug=1
This will open a popup window (allow them to open in your browser). In that popup window you will get all the actions that are done. If there are red messages, than there are problems.
Save the popup window by clicking the 'Download Debug log' together with the VLC Log with the link 'Download VLC Log' and send it with a screenshot at: dreambox@theyosh.nl. I will try to see what the problem is and how to fix.
