This week I made my first Jolla phone app. I use a Jolla phone for a year now. And it works nicely. The fact that it is running Linux is the reason I bought it.

A few months passed, and it was a bit quite. But lately some bugs arises, and we released an update that fixes those small issues.

There are a lot of library updates, and some bug fixes. So it is more a maintenance update. But there is just one nasty issue. The auto-updater was disabled in the past releases. We don't know why, but it was :( So to get this new version, you have to download it manually, and update your own version with the new code.

The setup will start automatically after upgrade.

After a few months of slow development, here is a new version of Dreambox ReStream. In this version we have tackled the slow EPG loading. Also the browser should not freeze anymore. The code is probably not final yet, but it should be stable enough to release.

A new feature is to disable HLS streaming, and only have a HTTP FLV stream. This only works on the Desktop version. So enabling it, will disable the HLS support for the mobile interface. This setting can only by changed in the Settings.class.php file. It is not in the setup wizard.

After a few months of debugging and feedback we have now reached Beta 1 of Dreambox ReStream. I want to thank a lot of people for the feedback. It helped a lot to make the software more robust. And to support more different type of images on the Dreambox.

Een al langere durend project is mijn Webbased SMS tool. Eerst was het geschreven in een simpele vorm zonder dHTML of Ajax. Hierdoor waren er veel bestanden nodig en veel pagina reloads. Nu is alles geschreven in Ajax met het xajax framework. Hierdoor kon dus vrij snel alles opnieuw geschreven worden. Hieronder een lijst met features:
