​​Party time! Today, exactly today, this server is connected to the IPv6 network for 10 years!

It started in back in my college time. I was living on a student house with about 300 other students. We had a pretty fast and big connection for that time. And we had an all included contract, so no power bill . Multiple servers were running 24/7. So why not experiment with new techniques. One of them was IPv6.

Currently my website has a bit slow performance. This is caused by a new project that I am working on :P

As of 12 march LT Team has updated there superb Dreambox Image. The also updated there Stream2Dream player with the ability to watch Youtube movies.

So I made also an update of my Linux Stream2Dream version. So get the latest version here!

Finally, IPCop with reverse web proxy. It is possible, but you have to recompile the IPCop system by hand and hack into the perl files of IPCOP. This takes some time.

Een oude hobby van mij was gameserver hosten. Hoe meer hoe gekker. Maar vanwege een ADSL lijn was ik gedwongen daar mee te stoppen.

Tot vandaag! Ik heb nog steeds ADSL, maar ik heb nu wel een Open Transport Tycoon Deluxe multiplayer server. Nu eens zien wie er allemaal op komen :P

MRTG is een netwerk logger tool. Via MRTG en SNMP kun je elke vijf minuten loggen wat het verkeer is geweest in die vijf minuten. Daarmee wordt dan weer grafieken gemaakt zodat je via een webpagina kunt zien hoeveel dataverkeer er uit en in gaat.
