Dreambox

There is a new update of Dreambox ReStream. This is version 2.2.3 and has many bug fixes that came from the 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 versions.

And another update. Some small fixes and one big one. Due to different channel lists options and types, there were problems in the mobile interface. The channels won't show up. This is fixed! And I also tried a new way of fixing the horrible players in Android and it support for HLS :(

After the Dreambox ReStream 2.2.0 release, a few bugs come around. So here is the 2.2.1 version that solves some newly introduced bugs. The bugs where mostly related to the new JavaScript and Style sheet code. But it looks pretty stable at this time.

We have a new version of Dreambox ReStream software. This is rather a mayor update. The initial update was pretty small. But then I decided to rewrite the GUI interface so it loads faster. And less traffic between server and client. So it should load faster now. And has more spiffy javascript code.

There is a new version of Dreambox ReStream version. This is version 2.1.3. This has some small bugs fixed. And a new setting for using DVR on a iOS device. It does not jet work in the Flash player. But for iOS it does work.

A small message just informing that there is a new Live image for download. It has the latest Dreambox ReStream (2.1.1). And it has been updated with the latest Ubuntu packages. As usual, it should start with the setup wizard when run for the first time.

As some people may have noticed already, there is a new Dreambox ReStream version. A few people have already downloaded and updated their version. But it turns out, that the 2.1.0 version has a bug, which prevent the upgrade from working.

There is now a installation manual for Dreambox ReStream Live Image. It is based on the Mac OSX version of VirtualBox. So the screen could look a bit different. But it should make live a bit easier now.

Here is the new and improved Dreambox ReStream 2.1.0!. This is a major update, and should be installed on a clean setup. It does not need Wowza Media Server anymore. All the legacy Windows and Mac OSX support is removed from the code.
